Filming Continues On Black Friday

The co-creators have announced that filming of Rachel's Graduation Gift will continue on Friday, November 28, or commonly known as Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. Filming will take place on location at Mount Saint Charles Academy in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.

The reason for the stark shift in geographic location is because the co-creators will be spending their Thanksgiving with family members who live in Rhode Island. Additionally, the co-creators will be premiering the second trailer for Rachel's Graduation Gift in the same state over this Thanksgiving, for the honoree and inspiration, Rachel Marie, lives in Rhode Island. In fact, Rachel Marie is currently a senior at Mount Saint Charles Academy, where filming will take place.

The co-creators did not state whether or Rachel Marie's attendance at Mount Saint Charles Academy impacted their decision to film there. In fact, the co-creators did not state much else aside from this general information, which, surprisingly, is far more information than they have been willing to give in the past.

Once again, Carl Weathers could not be reached for comment because he is still trying to secure a restraining order against Tobias Funke. Additionally, Mr. Weathers' alleged stalker, Tobias Funke, still could not be reached for comment.

Teaser Poster

Below is the teaser poster for Rachel's Graduation Gift, the co-creators released today. Obviously, it seems somewhat late, since the second trailer is premiering in a week. However, Steven M. Paquin "[doesn't] give a damn."

This Weekend's Difficulties

This past Saturday, November 15, filming of Rachel's Graduation Gift continued on location at Gouhcer College, where one of the co-creators, Steven M. Paquin, is currently a sophomore. Mr. Paquin was kind enough to meet with us in person on the Goucher campus despite his allegedly busy schedule, which demanded his presence in France where his multi-national business, Paquin Promethean International, is supposedly constructing a motor raceway. Of course, Mr. Paquin refused to provide any unquestionable evidence that he does indeed own a multi-national business, that it is called Paquin Promethean International, or that this apparent business is building a motor raceway in France.
"I don't have to prove myself to you buffoons."
Thus, he implied that he is only a chronic liar. Nicholas Cote appeared to confirm this when he said, "Don't believe anything he says to you, ever." However, in this particular instance, Mr. Nicholas Cote was referring to the European limousine and chauffeur Mr. Paquin claims he provided for the co-creators to use over the weekend.

However, Mr. Jacob Cote contradicted his brother's assertion that no limousine existed, for when asked if everyone, including Mr. Paquin's two pet hyenas, fit in the limousine, Mr. Jacob Cote stated:
"I wouldn't be caught dead in that limousine -- which is what I would be if I dared enter it. There's hyena feces all over the floor, and the chauffeur's bloody corpse -- the work of [Mr. Paquin's] babies -- has yet to be removed."
So, already off to a fantastic start. A chronic liar amidst two brothers that consistently contradict one another.

(Photographed on the upper right is one of Mr. Paquin's
hyenas guarding the European limousine Mr. Paquin provided. Photographed on the bottom right is one of
Mr. Paquin's hyenas sitting in the European limousine Mr. Paquin provided, which is littered with hyena feces and the chauffeur's blood.)

Though Mr. Paquin did admit letting his hyenas in the
limousine "was not one of [his] better ideas," he claimed
that nothing else over the weekend was his fault. In fact, he blamed Mr. Nicholas Cote for some serious filming schedule set backs:
"He was being ridiculous. Complaining about efficiency or logic. I don't really know what. I don't understand that talk. Anyway his concern for efficiency actually set the filming schedule back several hours, and we never got to film the elephant stampede scene. Not only that, but since we did not have time for that scene, all the money used to rent 2000 elephant shoes for the weekend was wasted."
In response, Mr. Nicholas Cote pointed out that "the only time [he] was difficult was when [Mr. Paquin] insisted walking 10 minutes from [their] shooting location to go back to his dorm to change for another scene, even though he could have simply brought the change of clothes with him." He also added that the elephant stampede scene exists nowhere "except maybe [Mr. Paquin's] mind."

In a rare occurrence, Mr. Jacob Cote appeared to confirm Mr. Nicholas Cote's statement in regards to the elephant stampede scene:
" Mr. Paquin is ... confusing himself with Harry Saltzman, who was one of the original two Bond producers before his bad decisions (including renting elephant shoes for a stampede scene that didn't even make it into the final script) forced him to sell his share. If Mr. Paquin doesn't watch out, he'll end up like Saltzman."
Mr. Paquin only asserted that "[he] never confuses [his] identity with anyone else's," and that he is "positive their is an elephant stampede yet to be filmed."

Asked whether there were any other problems, Mr. Paquin took us to Goucher College's Pearlstone Atrium, where they filmed some scenes. According to Mr. Paquin, "this was the most difficult filming location" because "even though the building was closed, high and drunk college students kept snooping in for a rare
glimpse at [him]."
(Photographed on the left is a photo of Mr. Jacob Cote and Mr. Nicholas Cote attempting to film an important scene in the packed Pearlstone Atrium.)

That last part probably is not true, but Mr. Jacob Cote and Mr. Nicholas Cote agreed that the Pearlstone Atrium was a difficult filming location because "punk hippies continually talked loudly and walked by ... even though they shouldn't have even been in that building."

According to Mr. Jacob Cote, "[A]t that time they should have been out partying." He also took particular offense with "one really weird guy" who "continually walked around in circles eating a pizza." Mr. Jacob Cote did in fact call the National Guard ahead of time, so they could secure the campus for the weekend filming, but "[t]hose pansies" "refused to step foot on the campus because they were afraid of being killed."

When asked why they did not film these scenes in a better location, Mr. Paquin revealed that the scenes were originally scripted to be filmed out doors. Unfortunately, it rained, causing them to head in side.
"I just want all the environmentalist to know I am holding them accountable for this problem. If you wouldn't keep getting in the way of man's efforts to control nature, we would have a God damn weather machine by now, and we wouldn't have to deal with these inconveniences. At this very moment, I am declaring war on nature and those that harbor and support it."
We have a suspicion that this war will be an even bigger quagmire than Iraq. In any event, Mr. Nicholas Cote stated the rain did not affect the filming schedule "as much as it affected [his] mood," and Mr. Jacob Cote characterized it as "a blessing in disguise, because it's convinced [them] to film most of the other scenes [they] were originally going to shoot outdoors, indoors instead, where it's more controlled." Mr. Jacob Cote appears to have forgotten his statements about the "punk hippies" and the "really weird guy" he made four seconds ago.

In regards to the dinning situation, which appeared bleak before the weekend, apparently some private financiers funded "a meal of gourmet burgers, never-ending fries, and hot fudge sundaes at Red Robin." According to Mr. Jacob Cote, "Carl Weathers was too busy getting a restraining order against Tobias Funke," but Mr. Nicholas Cote claims Mr. Weathers craft service is always below par because "he just throws some leftover meat, a potato, and some veggies into a bowl and tells [them] he's got a stew going."

Unfortunately, neither Mr. Weathers nor his stalker Tobias Funke could not be reached for comment.

Obviously, the private financiers saved the co-creators from eating at Goucher's all vegetable and fruit dinning hall. Aside from the poor dining situation, all three co-creators had additional complaints about Goucher College. Mr. Nicholas Cote thought it "seemed more like a Soviet prison camp than a college." Mr. Jacob Cote stated that it has become "even more subversive" since his last visit, and that "this was [his] second and final visit." Mr. Paquin also claimed "this was [his] last visit." However, once again, he goes to school here, so, once again, he lied.

Finally, we asked the co-creators if they could reveal any details about the film. Presently, no one has any idea where this film is going, and the latest batch of photos has only confused people more. Mr. Jacob Cote said, "the second trailer will give you a hunt." Unfortunately, this makes the situation even more confusing. Since Mr. Jacob Cote refused to comment on whether he actually meant 'hunt' or 'hint,' the second trailer could simply be released, or if there indeed could be some sort of advertising scavenger hunt similar to the viral campaign for The Dark Knight. We asked Mr. Nicholas Cote for more details. However, he only stated:
"I am afraid that [Mr. Paquin] will send his hyenas after me if I talk. Of course, I don't think he actually has the hyenas. But you don't cross a guy who pretends to have hyenas. He's obviously insane."
Therefore, that left only one person to ask, Mr. Paquin, who unfortunately appears to be descending into psychosis with each passing second. When we were about to ask him, he removed a fifty caliber Desert Eagle from under his suit jacket and shot a deer on the Goucher College campus. A security guard quickly looked over, but noticing who it was, he slowly backed away. At that point, we decided not to pressure Mr. Paquin with any further questions. However, as he approached the dead deer, Mr. Paquin said:
"Oh, by the way, the second trailer for Rachel's Graduation Gift will be released on Thursday, November 27, 2008. It will premiere before a privileged few, who may or may not engage in an Internet and urban cross country scavenger hunt. Later that day it will be uploaded to the Internet."
We asked why they decided to release the trailer on the Thanksgiving holiday, but Mr. Paquin responded by clicking the hammer back on the Desert Eagle, looking over his shoulder, and saying, "I have never heard of such a holiday."

Filming Continues This Weekend

Filming of Rachel's Graduation Gift will continue this Saturday, November 15, on location at Goucher College.

Steven M. Paquin said he would "try to pencil it in," for he is allegedly "negotiating the construction of [his] new hotel casino in Macao." It is important to note that Mr. Paquin is actually a sophomore at Goucher College; therefore, even though his presence may be demanded in Macao to extend his Hollywood golden era themed hotel and casino chain, he will most probably be at Goucher College anyway.

It was somewhat odd that Mr. Paquin seemed unaware and uncaring that filming would continue within five days. When presented with Mr. Paquin's ambiguous attitude, Jacob Cote stated:
"I am not interested in what Mr. Paquin has or has not agreed to. He doesn't know what's going on anyway. Too busy with his big tobacco lobbying and taking care of his 'babies.'"
Mr. Paquin does indeed keep his "babies," meaning his pet hyenas The Joker and The Two Face, on the Goucher College campus, where Mr. Paquin "allow[s] them to roam freely and eat squirrels and deer." We learned that on one occasion one of Mr. Paquin's hyenas - he refused to name which - attacked a student, severely injuring him. Mr. Paquin then had to go before the Judiciary Board, more commonly known as the J-Board.
"I launched a successful defense, arguing that it was the hyena's nature to behave this way, and that punishing me, implied that the hyena's nature should be restricted, which would be an attempt to control the environment; something Goucher regards as unethical."
The J-Board promptly acquitted Mr. Paquin; however, many students remain sour about the incident, and still cannot reason their way around Mr. Paquin's logic. Campus rumors indicate that some students may try to protest the filming in response to this incident. Regarding this possibility Mr. Cote stated:
"Goucher U. is secluded and deluded. Any punk hippie counterculture students and professors who dare interrupt will be dealt with by the National Guard, Kent-State-style."
He went on, commenting on his filming preferences:
"Like Hitchcock, I loathe filming on location, particularly outside, because it's too difficult to control. I prefer to film everything, including outdoor scenes, in a studio. Unfortunately, someone forgot to reserve a studio."
Mr. Cote implied Mr. Paquin was that someone; however, while trying on a gray trench coat and biting on a cigar at an expensive Baltimore men's clothing store, Mr. Paquin replied, "Wait.... What? .... Does this trench coat have damn belt?" It was unclear whether the whole statement was regarding the trench coats suspicious lack of a belt, or if the first part concerned his apparent forgetfulness to reserve a local studio. Unfortunately, like always, Mr. Paquin refused to comment further, sprinkling cigar ash on our heads, and then leaving the store without paying for the trench coat.

Mr. Cote was pressed further about his apparent disdain for Goucher College. He had this to say:
"Goucher U. is the Berkeley of the East. It needs to be carpet-bombed into oblivion."
Aware of Goucher's environmental stance on practically everything, but particularly food, and also aware that Mr. Cote has yet to eat a meal without meat and potatoes throughout his twenty-odd year existence, Mr. Cote was asked what the production would be doing for the dinning situation. Mr. Cote revealed that "[he] would never eat in the dining hall because it only serves vegetables"; therefore, Carl Weathers will again be providing the craft service.

Mr. Paquin responded by pointing out Mr. Cote's characterization of Goucher's dinning hall was "not completely accurate" because "Goucher also has fruit." However, apparently that is really all it has. Mr. Paquin stated that Goucher has no dairy products or eggs.
"I cannot wait until Weather's craft service gets here. I am going to have steak, sausage, and bacon with scrambled eggs all covered in melted cheddar cheese, and... yeah that is all going to be deep fried."
Once again Mr. Cote and Mr. Paquin refused to reveal any film content. However, Mr. Cote alleged that they would "be filming scenes in [Mr. Paquin's] door room, in the hallway outside his room, on the tennis courts, and at other outdoor locations on campus." When asked if any other actors would be joining the production on Saturday, Mr. Cote stated, "If you can call Mr. Nicholas Cote an 'actor,' sure."

So far, it looks like the weekend is a great set up for another failure.

Unfortunately, neither Nicholas Cote nor Carl Weather's could be reached for comment.

Co-Creator Seeks "Insight, Advice, And Inspiration" From Rachel Marie

Recently, co-creator Steven M. Paquin made a special flight home to gain "insight, advice, and inspiration" for Rachel's Graduation Gift. Due to Mr. Paquin's demanding executive schedule between college, film making, writing, acting, lobbying for Big Tobacco, owning a luxurious Las Vegas hotel and casino, and lion taming he was only able to meet with his sister, Rachel Marie, for a few hours. "I have to catch my plane to Dubai for an exclusive investors' meeting on the new rotating towers," said Mr. Paquin brushing his sister aside to reach his personal helicopter on the front lawn of his childhood home in Mapleville, Rhode Island.

When asked how he thought the meeting went Mr. Paquin stated, "It was extremely productive. Now, please, let me get aboard my personal helicopter and have the cheapest scotch on the rocks hold the ice before I go to Dubai. You know, they don't have alcohol there. It's some Muslim thing." When pressed about his age being 19, two years below the legal drinking age in the United States, Mr. Paquin refused to comment. He also could not give any specifics about the meeting, or any unique details about his sister. When provided with a concrete example as to whether Rachel Marie played tennis or danced at the Academy of Tap, Jazz, and Ballet longer, Mr. Paquin responded, "I think it was tennis, but I really cannot be bothered with such matters."

Rachel also could not comment much about the meeting other than that she is "happy about [her graduation gift] and scared at the same time," while also stating that "[she] really has no idea what other option [she's] been given besides [an] utterly unbearable" wait for the premier.

Rachel produced Steven M. Paquin and Jacob Cote's first and previous collaborative nickelodeon, "Nick: A Talkie", and confirmed that she is "producing [her] own graduation gift, which kind of is a rip off." She claimed the choice was "for lack of a better judgment," and said, "last time I let these fools borrow my filming equipment one of them left it at a motel on the West Coast and neglected to inform. I found out when I saw it on my door step in a Days Inn plastic bag."

Mr. Paquin was questioned about this before climbing aboard his personal helicopter with a scantily clad waitress already handing him his drink. He replied that he had "no recollection of that event."

Rachel also had a few words about the teaser for her graduation gift, which was released via email on August 29, the first Friday of her first last week of high school ever. Though she found "it really did not tell anything about the plot of the film," she admitted "the last trailer was greatly edited and put together." However, she was pleased to find out that her other cousin Nicholas Cote, the honoree of Mr. Paquin and Jacob Cote's first and previous collaboration, would be working on Rachel's Graduation Gift.
"I think Nick's collaboration is a great idea. Hopefully he will keep Jake and Steve in order, making sure they don't go too far astray from the plans. I know Steven is quite merciless when he makes fun of me, and Jake rather forgets to stop this, so I hope that Nick will smack them if they get out of line."

Mr. Paquin was also asked about Nicholas Cote's collaboration on the film. He called it "an enormous mistake that is probably going to cost [his] dreams of being a Hollywood Tycoon." He then characterized Nicholas Cote as a "po-mo bo-bo that wouldn't know a good film if it kicked him in the cash and prizes." In "Nick: A Talkie", Mr. Paquin asserted that "[he] could take a crap better than Nick's movie." This was, of course, only in the fictional plot of "Nick: A Talkie".

Mr. Paquin also had some hostile statements in response to his sister's comments about his allegedly poor treatment of her.
"I have no idea what she is talking about. The lack of sleep from high school and playing tennis must be getting to her. She's revisioning (sic) history. I was always an outstanding older brother."
It was then revealed to Mr. Paquin that Rachel played tennis for a fortnight prior to entering high school. To which Mr. Paquin called us "liars, scoundrels, and jackanapes," while throwing his glass of cheap straight up scotch and a lit cigar at us.

After Mr. Paquin's departure we further pressed Rachel about some specifics of her graduation gift. She revealed that she only really knew two specifics. First, "that many of Steven's shady characters will be present in the production," such as, "usuals like Scotty Lancaster and Mr. Barley." Second, "that someone will be 'metaphorically' playing me." However, she did not know who. She doubted it would be Nicholas Cote, claiming that " they will really want to play up the whole fact that he WAS my 'favorite' cousin." Ultimately, she concluded that "one of them will have a wig on pretending to be me," and that "Steven might even make [her] into one of his characters."

She also revealed that Mr. Paquin's exclusive visit was not the first time one of the co-creators sought her advice.
"Jacob Cote has sought out my advice and insights for the film. He spent quite a deal of time questioning me about my dance career from the very beginning to the very end. I figured he sudden interest in my dancing (which never existed while I actually participated) had to do with this movie."
As for other potential sources of exclusive information on herself, she doubted that the co-creator "have gone super stealthy and asked [her] other friends who know [her] a great deal since [she] doubt[s] they know who these would be." However, she did admit that her "brother does talk to [her] friends Kerry and Eliza," and that "Jacob did ask which ones might be attending [her] family grad party."

In regards to being an executive producer for "Nick: A Talkie", Rachel Marie stated that she "thought it was a tad too long" because "it just wasn't moving at some parts." There were also numerous "technical aspects of it that [she] had problems with, but it was too late to fix them by the time [she] saw it. Overall though, she thought "it was very creative and found it funny."

However, she also stated her problems with the title of "Nicke: A Talkie", alleging that it "was rather mundane," and that the title of her graduation gift "better be damn creative" because she is "far from a mundane person."

When asked what she would like the title of her graduation gift to be, she said:
"Something creative that only I and my brother and cousins would get hopefully. Maybe something Squash Boy inspired or spawning from all those Goldeneye games we've played. I don't know too many girls who know the facility level like me. Although, I think my uncanny ability to whoop all of their asses in Risk is something rather inspiring and deserves to be title-worthy, but I doubt they would do that since it would mean I am actually better than them at something."
Ultimately, she admitted she could be wrong about everything she assumed because "You never know with these three."

Unfortunately, Jacob Cote, Nicholas Cote, and Carl Weathers could not be reached for comment on Mr. Paquin's meeting with Rachel Marie, or Rachel Marie's assumptions about her graduation gift.

First Date Of Substantial Filming: Success?

This past weekend marked the first date of substantial filming for Rachel's Graduation Gift, and it could mark the beginning of a Hollywood boondoggle rivaling that of Water World or Howard The Duck.

Speaking with Steven M. Paquin, the weekend appears to have started off smoothly. He and his hyenas, The Joker and The Two Face, arrived via his corporate helicopter at Reagan International Airport despite the fact that he was about forty-five minutes away at Goucher College in Towson, Maryland, which he currently attends as a sophomore. He then stated that he and his hyenas traveled via his corporate hummer limousine, flown in on his corporate cargo ship from the Cayman Islands, to the exclusive Mandarin Oriental hotel. "Unfortunately, [he] paid for the hotel out of [his] own pocket." "[He] thought he had an iron clad contract with the production to accommodate [his] living arrangements while filming, [Jacob Cote] told [him] [he] was misinformed."After resting, drinking, and smoking for several hours, Mr. Paquin then arrived "fashionably late" on filming location at Georgetown University's Law Campus to meet Mr. Jacob Cote.
"The first thing I wanted to do when I arrived in D.C. was to start filming. I arrived, on location, in character, and that lazy bastard Nick wasn't even there yet."
It was pointed out to Mr. Paquin that he stated he spent several hours resting, drinking, and smoking liberally and then arrived "fashionably late," directly contradicting his alleged desire to begin filming when he first arrived in D.C. Of course, Mr. Paquin denied that he said this literally fifteen seconds ago. It should also be noted that Mr. Paquin landed at Reagan at 11:00 AM, indicating that he cut his afternoon beginning horseback ridding class.
"It is actually beginning fox hunting, and I already mastered that sport while visiting the King of England."
There is currently no King of England, and Mr. Paquin appears to have no grasp of the British monarchical system.

Since Mr. Paquin arrived at 11:00 AM, he therefore arrived on location at 3:00 PM, which by Mr. Paquin's standards is unfashionably early. Furthermore, Nicholas Cote has a job; thus, he does not have the privilege of leaving early because he has already mastered the day's tasks.

Once Mr. Nicholas Cote arrived, filming proceeded late into the night with the co-creators returning to their respective residences at 12:00 AM.

The next day is when the trouble began. Mr. Paquin arrived on location with his two hyenas, which promptly devoured the craft service. We asked Mr. Paquin if he had taken Mr. Jacob Cote's advice to speak with Carl Weathers about having the craft service provide his hyenas with something instead of allowing them to eat everything.
"Oh, I did speak to Carl. I said, 'My hyenas are eating the craft service.' He said, 'Oh, then we better stop them.' I then said, 'No, you misunderstood. I am ordering to to let my hyenas eat the craft service.'"
Mr. Jacob Cote stated that "the craft service went everywhere, including in [his] hyena wounds," while Mr. Nicholas Cote claims that "[he] never saw [Mr. Paquin's] hyenas," and that this is probably "one of those stories that has been overblown by the media, especially the blogs." We then showed Mr. Nicholas Cote the photo on the left of an angry Mr. Paquin and his two hungry hyenas. He refused to comment on the topic further. Carl Weathers could not be reached for comment.

The day only appears to have gone downhill from there. According to Mr. Jacob Cote, they "
almost got arrested twice." He refused to state whether the hyena incident was one of them.

Additionally, Mr. Paquin appears to have thrown a hissy-fit, storming back to his trailer exclaiming that he is "carrying this movie on [his] shoulders" because "[he] is playing about four and twenty roles exceptionally, while the other actors are barely scrapping by." He also stated that if he were not provided decent men to work with he and Francis Ford Coppola would cut the funding for the project.

However, as Mr. Paquin was screaming this Mr. Jacob Cote nervously stated that Mr. Paquin is not "playing that many roles, and certainly not all of them exceptionally," and that "[Francis Ford Coppola] has no money left, so he's not financing anything." He then laughed awkwardly and said, "You never know what's going to happen next."

Mr. Nicholas Cote also tried to calm concerns on the set by trying to play up Mr. Paquin's antics as a publicity stunt.
"[Mr. Paquin] is quite the character himself, and even when he is talking to the media, supposedly as himself, he's acting. He likes to say things to get a reaction. He likes the media attention. And you know what? It works. We get a lot of publicity just because of his outlandish personality. Kind of like when Angelina Jolie married Billy Bob Thorton. It gets everybody talking."
At the end of the weekend, Mr. Paquin and his hyenas were apparently still in his trailer, and neither Mr. Jacob Cote or Mr. Nicholas Cote could provide many specifics about the film. This is probably because they filmed very little, seeing that Mr. Paquin spent the weekend in his trailer. Mr. Jacob Cote only stated that "
[they]filmed scenes at Georgetown University Law Center and at a public park," which was obvious because we were there. However, Mr. Nicholas Cote provided a more mystifying answer:
"Well, I don't want to reveal too much. As a moviegoer, I hate it when the film is spoiled for me before I go see it. I don't want to ruin it for anybody else. I'll just say the scenes I filmed over the weekend involve my character embarking on a sort of a spiritual journey, a quest. It's a lot like Conrad's Heart of Darkness that way."
Responding to this, Mr. Jacob Cote said, "
Mr. Nicholas Cote is a faux-intellectual, and his literary comparisons should be completely disregarded."

There was further disagreement between the brothers as to who was actually the star of the film. Confusion on this topic began to stir when it was revealed the film would be honoring Rachel Marie, a female, while the three co-creators were all males. It was assumed that one individual would wear a female wig, and it appears these assumptions have been confirmed by some recent photos of Rachel's Graduation Gift, revealing someone resembling Mr. Paquin in a female wig and attire. However, this direct conflicts the website, which credits Mr. Nicholas Cote as the star. While Mr. Jacob Cote refused to confirm who the star was, Mr. Nicholas Cote stated that "[he] hate[s] to use words like 'star' because it's disprectful to the rest of the cast," but that "it would be accurate to say [he] play[s] the main character." Mr. Nicholas Cote further stated that "[his] character is indeed a male," and that "[n]o one is playing Rachel Marie." The brothers, however, did agree in regards to the rumors indicating that Mr. Paquin was portraying a female. Mr. Nicholas Cote refused to comment on the matter, and Mr. Jacob Cote could not confirm the rumors, and also stated that the individual in the photograph which started the rumor "could simply be one of the most hideous girl to ever walk this Earth."

Another interesting matter is though Mr. Nicholas Cote and Mr. Paquin appear in several of the photographs as characters, Mr. Jacob Cote appears in only two, both of which he is holding the camera. Mr. Jacob Cote assured that he is "playing certain as-yet-undisclosed roles in the film, for which, per [his] contract, [he] will receive top billing." This was true for his previous film "Nick: A Talkie."

Mr. Nicholas Cote expanded on Mr. Jacob Cote's comments with another mystifying statement:
"Again, I don't want to comment on the content of the film. He will indeed make at least a cameo -- think Roman in Chinatown, or Marty in Taxi Driver."
Mr. Jacob Cote was quite angry when he was presented with this comment saying, "How dare Mr. Nicholas Cote compare me to one of his arch-nemeses, that child molestor Roman Polanski, or to that daego director."

Additionally, Mr. Nicholas Cote finally killed the rumors that he has been secretly seeking acting advice from Tom Hanks.
"Tom Hanks has his Oscars. I once received an acting award in 11th grade for a short film I was in, a sort of parody of reality TV shows, The Real World in particular. I say parody, but don't think it was like Epic Movie or Date Movie or any of those. It was far more subtle, more intellectual even. So I'm not sure what advice Tom Hanks could give me. I'm not sure where those rumors started."
This
appears to be a film that was solely presented among indy circles. Neither Mr. Paquin nor Mr. Jacob Cote had any role in the film. Furthermore, neither of them have seen the film; however, this did not stop Mr. Paquin from asserting that "it's po-mo garbage." However, Mr. Jacob Cote appeared to imply that Mr. Paquin might indeed be right.
"It is most telling that Mr. Nicholas Cote, despite numerous requests from me, has never shown it to me."
Tom Hanks could not be reach for comment regarding the false rumors. New rumors indicate "that Hollywood elitist [Tom Hanks] was just trying to ride [the co-creators'] coattails." Of course, this rumor was generated by Mr. Paquin.

One final setback for the co-creators came from Hollywood circles, who having seen the first photos of the production have similarly asked, "What the hell are these guys doing?" Mr. Paquin simply said, "Bastards," Mr. Nicholas Cote refused to comment, and Mr. Jacob Cote said, "That is exactly the reaction I had been hoping for."

Despite all these setbacks the co-creators maintain that the weekend was a success. Mr. Nicholas Cote once again tried to calm fears surrounding Mr. Paquin's hissy-fit by saying that he does not "want to jinx anything by bringing up a certain gold man," "[b]ut [Mr. Paquin] really is doing some tremendous character work, and [that] [he]'d love to see him honored."

Filming on Rachel's Graduation Gift should resume
Friday October 17 and Saturday October 18, or Friday October 24 and Saturday October 25.

Co-Creators Announce First Date Of Substantial Filming

Today, the co-creators of Rachel's Graduation Gift, Steven M. Paquin, Jacob Cote, and Nicholas Cote announced that substantial filming would begin on Saturday, October 4, 2008 on location in Alexandria, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

None of the co-creators would give specific details as to what would be filmed; however, the all asserted that there is indeed a script "of sorts," and no time would be wasted scrambling around trying to pin down a plot.

Mr. Paquin had this to add. "Judging from my previous collaboration with Jacob Cote on "Nick: A Talkie", everything should go smoothly. That is, if the food problem was addressed. There damn better be a baker's dozen raw t-bone steaks available for my babies."

Mr. Paquin is, of course, referring to his two pet hyenas named The Joker and The Two-Face, which are with him on all film related business.

Jacob Cote responded to Mr. Paquin's demands for thirteen raw t-bone steaks by directing him to "speak to Mr. Carl Weathers about getting himself a stew going from craft service."

Carl Weathers was unavailable for comment.

Mr. Jacob Cote spoke with us further, informing us that those working on Rachel's Graduation Gift on location on October fourth would be Mr. Paquin, Nicholas Cote, and himself. He clarified this saying, "but mostly Mr. Paquin and I, to be honest." Mr. Jacob Cote did not care to speak about or even acknowledge Carl Weathers' involvement.

However, there may be one other individual joining Rachel's Graduation Gift film crew. Recent rumors indicate that Nicholas Cote has spoke with Tom Hanks, seeking acting and general film making advice. Mr. Paquin appeared to indirectly confirm the rumors saying, "It's the dumbest idea. That mongrel idiot." It was unclear whether Mr. Paquin was characterizing Tom Hanks or Nicholas Cote as a "mongrel idiot," and he refused to comment further on the topic.

Mr. Jacob Cote responded to the the rumors, pointing out that his "legal colleagues inform [him] that Mr. Tom Hanks has a restraining order against Nicholas." He then put on his lawyer cap saying, "My legal advice for Nicholas would be to obey the order." Of course, Mr. Jacob Cote has only just begun his third year of law school, making him unqualified to give legal advice.

Tom Hanks could not be reached for comment.

Additionally, we asked Mr. Jacob Cote what accommodations the production had made for the crew members arriving in Alexandria, Virginia and Washington, D.C. in the coming week. He was somewhat confused.
"You mean Mr. Paquin? After this summer's grand rooming experiment, I told him that he was no longer allowed to sleep in my apartment. He should make alternate arrangements."
Mr. Jacob Cote is referring to this past summer when he, his brother, Nicholas Cote, and Mr. Paquin lived in the same apartment. Mr. Jacob Cote gave unqualified and unrequested legal advice to the D.C. District Attorney's Office, Nicholas Cote spoke daily with Christopher Nolan - director of The Dark Knight - and searched for himself to prepare for a screenplay he would eventually like to start, and Mr. Paquin lobbied heavily for Big Tobacco, Big Alcohol, Big Guns, and Big Animals. Mr. Paquin asserts that the apartment "was a luxurious penthouse." Mr. Jacob Cote only laughed at the statement.

When it was revealed to Mr. Paquin that he would have to make his own arrangements, and that the production would not cover any of his expenses he simply said, "Bastards."

Nicholas Cote was unavailable for comment.

More news related to Rachel's Graduation Gift will follow in the coming days. A report on the first date of substantial filming will be posted in the days after October fourth.
